High-End Class In A Competitive Industry
In an industry overcrowded with Real Estate Agents, Stephenson Realty Group didn’t just want to stand out, they wanted to be remembered. Looking for website that wasn’t a website-in-a-box solution, the husband and wife business duo needed their brand, logo, and website to speak to their target audience – high-end buyers. They also wanted to showcase that they were both licensed Real Estate Agents, with one of them also being a mortgage broker, a unique, trust building combination.
To start with a logo, Projech used classic fonts and colours associated with class; black and silver. The logo spoke to the clients they wanted to attract by using a simplistic design, creating a crisp, clean, and uncluttered look. The logo easily transferred to presentation folders, advertisements, stationary, newsletters, signage, feature sheets, and flyers.
With the new logo and brand in place, Projech was asked to produce a custom designed website, complete with real time MLS listings, map search capabilities, a content management system (CMS) and online forms. By providing all these items in the same clean manner, clients now easily find what they are looking for, as well as understand the types of homes and areas that Stephenson Realty Group work with.
Jenn Stephenson, the wife of the duo, claims that this new classic and high-end brand has been the engine for attracting the kind of clientele they desire. With this, their business is growing as their brand and personality is now clear to their potential clients.
